Fr. Mikael Abdel-Malek was ordained into the priesthood by the hands of H.H. Pope Shenouda III on the Pentecost Sunday of June 7,1996 to serve in Menia, then he served different churches in Egypt (e.g. Menia and Alexandria).
+ Nevertheless, H.H. Pope Shenouda send him to serve in US churches . He started in St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Indianapolis, IN, then he moved to St. Mary and St Rewais in Madison Wisconsin . Finally he settled in St. Mark in Troy, MI serving with Fr. Mina D. Essak, Fr. Maximus Habib and Fr. Mark Ibrahim.
+ Father Mikael used to give sermons in English and Arabic and he visited a lot of Churches in United States and Canada.
